REMUNERATION

In addition to staff discounts in store (20%) and from the kitchen (50%), salary is dependent on the ideal candidate, up to £28k for a 40 hour working week there will be no late nights and no 60 hour weeks expected of you - much of the time, your latest finish would be 8pm.

Responsibilities

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a very specific type of person to help lead the hospitality side of our business and ensure every customer has a memorable experience, from arrival to departure.
The ideal candidate is an actor - a natural host, entertainer, and leader, out front & on the floor in our 140 seater - super cool cafe, chatting to customers and making their day as well as giving the best customer service in our unique ‘farm to fork’ drive through.
You will be be responsible for working closely with the Hospitality Manager and his Assistant Manager, to oversee all hospitality operations, directly supervising the hospitality team to guarantee an exceptional guest experience while helping us achieve financial, operational, and quality objectives.
We are seeking an outstanding candidate who will motivate and train on the job, going far beyond what’s expected to make someone feel welcome and cared for - it’s the extra effort, attention, or generosity that feels genuinely kind.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: TO LEAD AND DEVELOP YOUR YOUNG TEAM YOU WILL:

  • Set them up for success, train them on a daily basis.
  • Deliver routinely clear communications.
  • Coach on the go, you are their leader so instant feedback is the way forward.
  • Support your team and their welfare and health and wellbeing.
  • Encourage development using upskilling and cross training within the team.
