PROFILE
Our Hospitality Team interacts daily with our Professionals and Clients providing an excellent representation of our Firm. We are looking for a Hospitality and Food Services Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will embody our client first perspective with excellent attention to detail, strong communication, and exceptional organizational skills.
This role will work from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday each week, with the need to adjust hours based on business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Energetic and positive disposition with a strong commitment to excellent client service;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with Staff, Professionals, Clients, and Vendors;
- Experience in event coordination is preferred;
- Proserv certification is preferred alongside familiarity with provincial legislation including required licensing for events;
- Commitment to health and safety, with experience specific to this area preferred;
- Ability to handle a heavy and varied workload;
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and prioritization skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to set priorities while dealing with conflicting and emerging priorities.

Responsibilities:
- Working under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, our Hospitality and Food Services Coordinator will work as part of a team to organize and oversee all meetings on our client floor ensuring all details including setup and catering align with our commitment to excellence;
- Maintain and further develop internal and external client service standards ensuring that all elements of client service reflect our client first perspective;
- Liaise with the Facilities Supervisor regarding improvements and enhancements for internal and external meetings;
- Ensure excellence in food and beverage services including but not limited to vendor management, hospitality services, and clean up following events;
- Under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor, oversee the client services budget ensuring proactive ordering of supplies for cafes, boardrooms, and events;
- Provide support within the Office Services team including reception coverage, printing, couriers, and mail delivery when required;
- Ensure coordination and workflow within the Office Services Team, as well as delivery of services to the Firm in a responsive and timely manner;
- Other duties as required.
