Could you be our next Hospitality Graduate? We are currently accepting applications for our Hotel Graduate Scheme, the perfect introduction for Hospitality graduates to embark on a new 5 star Hospitality career.
With the benefit of a tailor made itinerary, this is how it could look - You’ll have the opportunity to spend 12 -18 months working your way around the hotel, learning across a variety of departments. First stop could be Spa, where you will learn all about 5 star service and delivering top notch hospitality to our hotel guests and spa members. Then it’s on to Housekeeping, learning the intricacies of preparing for guest arrival, followed by Reception, the heart of our hotel, looking after our guests’ every need. You’ll get a feel for food preparation in the kitchen, preparing you well for a lengthy placement in Food & Beverage where you will have the opportunity to spend quality time across the entire food & beverage operation, learning the detail from our highly experienced and professional team. You’ll never be too far from a special occasion, maybe a wedding, a party and of course Christmas!
Our graduate scheme is personalised and structured to deliver 5-star on-job technical training, whilst involving you in the essentials of people and financial management. Aside from the operation, your schedule will include quality time spent with Accounts, HR, Sustainability and the Sales and Marketing team. Finally the opportunity to develop and hone your skills as Duty Manager.
Our ideal candidate is likely to have completed a Hospitality Management or similar degree, have a real passion for the industry and be able to demonstrate previous practical experience gained in a hotel or comparable hospitality environment. A natural communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you will bring a ready smile, willingness to serve, a keen eye for detail and practical ‘make it happen’ approach, putting our guest at the heart of everything you do. A team player, with self motivation and drive and the potential to lead.
