Responsibilities Hotel Guest Services - $14.25/hour As a Hotel Guest Services Intern, you’ll gain valuable front-of-house experience in a resort setting. This internship offers hands-on learning in guest services, communication, and problem solving across key departments like front desk, activities, and our reservations call center. You’ll also... Deliver exceptional guest service in high-traffic resort environments. Gain experience front desk, guest activities, or our reservations call center. Develop skills in conflict resolution and guest communication. Learn how to manage financial discrepancies and handle sensitive transactions. Gain insight into resort operations and guest experience strategy. Hotel Rooms & Facilities- $14.25/hour-$16/hour As a Hotel Rooms & Facilities Intern, you will step behind the scenes at one of our world-class resorts and discover what it takes to keep hotel operations running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience in housekeeping leadership, facility upkeep, and guest support. You will also... Get hands-on experience in hotel housekeeping operations, including cleaning, inspecting and supervising. Learn how to manage the upkeep of hotel facilities to keep everything in top shape. Operate and maintain indoor and outdoor equipment used in hotel maintenance. Assist in resolving in-room guest issues and help maintain outdoor areas like walkways and building structures. Work alongside experienced supervisors and gain insight into leadership roles in hospitality. Guest Experience: Park Operations - $13/hour As a Guest Experience Intern, you’ll learn that it takes to create unforgettable moments for guests at one of the world’s most popular amusement parks – both in person and behind the scenes. You’ll also... Provide exceptional guest service at our Guest Services Locations and in the Guest Contact Center Assist with guest questions, feedback, and service recovery to ensure a positive experience Learn how to handle guest concerns with professionalism and empahty Lead VIP Park Tours, including our exclusive Sunrise Thrills experience Gain insight into guest communication, conflict resolution, and hospitality operations Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be attending an accredited college or university Work a minimum of 8 weeks between May 1-August 31 Availability requirements: Minimum of 4 days per week of full availability 2 of the 4 days must include either Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday Work a minimum average of 32 hours per week Attend required professional development events Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
