With automation and knowledge as part of our DNA, we are building hotel solutions to deliver a unique guest experience. 👣The great things you will do As a Hospitality Operations Specialist at Libere Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Handle customer inquiries and requests received via phone, WhatsApp, chat, or email from any of our properties. Manage incidents reported from any of our properties, either directly by the customer or through local staff. Handle customer requests and issue/send invoices. In case of urgency or need for on-site presence, notify local managers, maintenance services, or emergency services if necessary. Act as the main point of contact and resolve incidents on-site at the Líbere London Edgware Road (LLED) property. Ensure guests’ rest and safety, and act accordingly to guarantee it.
