We’re looking for a motivated, guest-focused Sales & Hospitality Associate to join our team and help drive both sales and exceptional experiences.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales & Hospitality Associate plays a vital role in delivering warm, attentive service while promoting and selling our full range of offerings—from wine and Steward memberships to events and farm products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys storytelling, and is comfortable supporting both front-of-house sales and behind-the-scenes event operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21+ years of age
• 3+ years experience in hospitality, events, or retail sales (wine industry or agritourism experience a plus)
• Trustworthy team player
• Proven sales ability and customer service skills
• Ability to work a consistent Friday–Sunday schedule, occasional holidays and evening events
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Enthusiasm for wine, farm-to-table living, and community-based experiences

• Promote and sell:
• Steward Memberships
• Bottles and cases of wine
• Overnight accommodations
• Private events (weddings, corporate retreats, celebrations)
• Farm products (honey, olive oil, lavender spray, plant starts, etc.)
• Build authentic relationships with the team and the guests and offer personalized recommendations
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
