• Welcoming new colleagues: You’ll be the first to greet our new employees with warmth and enthusiasm, helping them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
• Provide valuable info: Help them understand life in the Netherlands, provide all the info they need about working at Covebo and answer any questions they may have.
• Take them to their accommodation: Ensure their living arrangements are ready and comfortable for a smooth stay.
• Coordinate and organize: Stay on top of things independently, ensuring all arrival and departure processes run smoothly.
• Communicate with your team: Act as a key point of contact between our employees and the team, making sure everyone is in the loop and all info is passed on clearly.
• Ensure top-quality accommodation: Make sure the rooms are clean, tidy and fully equipped, both when they arrive and leave.
• Conduct accommodation inspections: Carry out regular checks to ensure accommodations meet the required SNF standards, addressing any issues promptly to maintain a high-quality living environment.
