Job Description Role of Host/ Barista Friendly, outgoing personality; a people person. Welcoming day visitors and guests to the venue Delight our customers by greeting them in a friendly and professional manner Assisting the reception team in escorting guests to client meetings and taking their beverage order Efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks using the correct methods, equipment and to our standards when the manager isn't available to do so Share the story of our menu, and provide recommendations to customers and be aware allergen procedures. Good listening & verbal communication skills Customer focused with a passion for offering outstanding customer service. Role of Hospitality Assistant Manage kitchenettes each morning with restocking free issue items. Check client meeting rooms are all set to the right standard. Assisting with the changeover of meeting rooms. Delivering Catering on days there are any. Perpetuates company philosophy and culture. Works according to the Company’s core values. Assisting the manager in the quieter periods by covering the coffee bar Qualifications Barista trained Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry You draw satisfaction from working within a collaborative and inclusive team environment. Good attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
