WE ARE FOCUSED ON MAINTAINING PRODUCTION ACROSS OUR HIGH-QUALITY ASSET BASE AND EXECUTING OUR STRATEGIC PRIORITIES.   Position Summary This position is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below. General Responsibilities: * Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine. * Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks. * Attends all allergy and foodborne illness in-service training. * Complies with all BETA OFFSHORE HACCP policies and procedures. * Cleans offices/residents’ rooms, common areas, lavatories, halls, food service areas and any other areas that may require attention. * Sweeps, mops, scrubs, polishes floors and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space. * Cleans light fixtures, ceilings and vents, walls, mattresses, furniture, windows and window coverings. * Empties trash and garbage containers. * Replenishes supplies. * Change sheets and replenish linens. * Moves furniture and sets-up tables and chairs. * Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures. This position is located on an offshore oil platform off the coast of Southern California in Federal waters. Shifts are 12 hours working a 14 day on/14 day off schedule. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED.
