Description Job Summary This 8–12 week summer internship offers a hands-on opportunity to explore multiple facets of hotel operations. Whether you're interested in Culinary, Events/Banquet, Housekeeping, or Food & Beverage, this internship provides a comprehensive experience in your area of interest while also encouraging cross-training in other departments. Interns will work closely with experienced professionals to gain practical skills, an understanding of service standards, and insight into how each department contributes to an exceptional guest experience. This program is ideal for students seeking exposure to real-world hospitality operations in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Requirements Education & Experience Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred but not required). Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. Physical ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
