HOSPITALITY JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

Are you a passionate and driven chef with a flair for delivering exceptional culinary experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic hospitality team.About the Role:

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes.
• Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff.
• Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Collaborating with the team to create innovative menus.
• Managing stock levels and ensuring minimal waste.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or in a similar role.
