ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Hospitality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our hospitality operations. You’ll lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences across our racing hospitality suites, banqueting events, and private functions. This role requires both strategic oversight and a hands-on approach on event days.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate hospitality operations across race meetings, corporate events, dinners, and special functions.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Work closely with the catering, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
• Manage budgets, stock control, and operational costs effectively.
• Build strong relationships with clients and guests to encourage repeat business.
