Description We’re hiring a Front of House Manager to lead daily service operations and deliver great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume entertainment venue. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading teams, and keeping service running smoothly during busy shifts and events. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support front-of-house staff including hosts, servers, bartenders, and guest services Manage guest flow, reservations, and seating during peak times Maintain high standards for service, cleanliness, and presentation Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Build schedules and manage labor efficiently Train, coach, and develop team members Partner with the events team on large groups and private events Ensure compliance with health and safety standards Requirements 2+ years management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment venue Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience with reservation systems and POS platforms Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Able to stand and move throughout a multi-level venue Background check required Pay & Perks $60,00–$75,000 annually, based on experience Performance bonus potential Health Insurance, Dental insurance, PTO, Retirement Plan, Flexible Schedule Employee Discounts – Meals, Golf and Entertainment.
