You’ll manage daily operations across properties, ensuring homes meet our quality standards and members have seamless stays. This role blends hospitality, operations, and relationship management — perfect for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on problem solving. What You’ll Do: Oversee reservations and coordinate with booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) Build strong relationships with property partners and housekeeping teams Ensure homes meet Landing standards and resolve operational issues quickly Manage guest inquiries and support requests across multiple channels Track market performance and report key metrics to leadership Improve operational processes to support growth What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking candidates who thrive in fast-paced operations roles, often with backgrounds in: Hospitality or hotel operations Short-term rental operations Multifamily or property management Startup operations where wearing multiple hats is common Additional qualifications: 1+ years of management, hospitality, or operations experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer-first mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities Based in or open to relocating to a Landing market; requires living onsite at the property Join us, take ownership, and help create amazing experiences for members — your next big opportunity is here!
