Hospitality Manager   Join the Open Door Mission team of dedicated staff who are committed to full-time ministry and breaking the cycle of homelessness and poverty!   ABOUT THIS POSITION The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations within the Hospitality Center, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and dignified experience for all guests. This role manages dining room operations, guest flow, and volunteer engagement while partnering closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless meal service and events. The Hospitality Manager plays a key role in advancing the organization’s mission by creating an environment of respect, compassion, and hospitality for all individuals served.   RESPONSIBILITIES * Build and maintain relationships with local community members, culinary schools, and other organizations and businesses acting as a liaison for Open Door Mission. * Assist with meal preparation and menu planning. * Monitor dining room environment and welcome desk area for safety risks and address issues promptly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, serving lines, beverage stations, and community restrooms. * Assign, plan, and oversee the work of departmental staff, including Welcome Desk Associates. Coordinate staff schedules. * Exemplify Jesus Christ daily, sharing the gospel or praying with others as opportunities arise.
