We’re seeking a dynamic and people-focused Hospitality Manager (Regional Support) to support our teams across aged care homes in NSW and the ACT . In this hands-on, multi-site role, you’ll play a key part in uplifting food quality, optimising operations, and delivering genuine service to residents and their families.

Your role:

  • Partner with onsite teams to deliver high-quality, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals
  • Drive operational efficiency through smart rostering, supplier management, and workflow improvements
  • Mentor hospitality staff and build positive, high-performing team cultures
  • Champion a customer-first mindset in every aspect of food and service delivery
  • Collaborate with Facility Managers, Chefs, Village Managers, and carers to enhance the resident experience
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, Food Safety Plans, and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate resident engagement, food forums, and feedback loops to continually improve service

You’re a natural relationship builder and problem solver with a passion for hospitality and a heart for care. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy working across multiple teams, and know how to inspire others to deliver their best. What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Proven leadership experience in hospitality, food services, or aged care
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to balance cost control with quality outcomes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Exposure to menu planning, compliance frameworks, or change management
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Experience in age care or healthcare environments an advantage
  • A current driver licence and willingness to travel between sites
