Together with our department heads, they manage staff deployment and ensure that employees are used according to capacity utilization, productivity and operational requirements.
They analyze duty rosters, staffing structures and capacities to ensure an optimal balance between guest experience, employee satisfaction and profitability.
They introduce new standards, processes and ways of working and consistently support their implementation until they are sustainably anchored in everyday work.
