Your part in our BlueCare team

The Hospitality Manager is responsible to:

  • Lead, manage and coordinate Hospitality staff and coach Care Companions
  • Maintain related service delivery standards, regulations and legislative requirements
  • Manage the hospitality service in line with BlueCare’s Household model
  • Manage hospitality budgets and financial outcomes

Role requirements:

  • Qualifications in management related field e.g. Frontline management, Hospitality Management or equivalent skills and experience
  • Proven leadership experience, managing a diverse team
  • Demonstrated understanding of Quality and Food Safety Standards
  • Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies
