Founded in 1936, Casino Mine Ranch is a California-based estate vineyard and boutique winery, producing limited-production, luxury wines in the heart of Amador County’s Shenandoah Valley. We are a direct-to-consumer (DTC) focused winery with a strong emphasis on wine club memberships, unforgettable tasting room experiences, and brand-building events.
The Hospitality Manager / Tasting Room Manager plays a key leadership role in our winery, overseeing daily tasting room operations, managing hospitality staff, and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional wine country experience. This position is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional with experience in winery management, restaurant leadership, or high-end guest services.

What you will do:

  • Oversee tasting room operations and ensure a best-in-class guest experience
  • Train, lead, and coach tasting room staff in wine service and hospitality standards
  • Create weekly staff schedules, manage labor costs, and assist with payroll reporting
  • Maintain inventory of wine, merchandise, and tasting room supplies
  • Collaborate with Wine Club Manager to execute member release parties, private tastings, and events
  • Assist in planning and staffing for winery events, ensuring smooth execution
  • Promote wine sales, wine club memberships, and merchandise through an engaging guest experience
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution with professionalism
  • Track tasting room performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with the Marketing Coordinator on promotions and guest engagement strategies

What you need:

  • 1–2 years of hospitality management experience (winery, tasting room, or restaurant strongly preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Commerce7, 7 Shifts, and Google Suite a plus
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and winery events
  • Passion for wine, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
