We are looking for a Hospitality Operations Administrator to join AOK Events (accredited as being A Great Place to Work) in a key admin-heavy role to help deliver a large number of corporate hospitality event bookings. The role will also include assisting our accounts team and operational support for our live events team, during quieter hospitality periods.
AOK Events pride themselves on developing long-term successful relationships with our clients by excellent account management and project delivery. The Hospitality Operations Administrator will take an active role in developing client relationships via managing a high quantity of bookings to a high standard and delighting our clients.
The role is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 with an option to work flexibly after probation. The Hospitality Operations Administrator could be expected to work on events outside of these hours and occasionally on weekends.
