THE ROLE
We’re looking to add dynamic and motivated Staffing Coordinators to our Hospitality Division on a full time basis, starting this April.
This is a full-time, fast-paced role that requires self-starters who thrive under pressure. If you’re highly organised, love working with people, and enjoy the buzz of the events industry, this is the role for you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting, screening, and interviewing team members
Conducting right-to-work checks and ensuring compliance
Scheduling staff and ensuring full coverage across various venues, across the country
Managing “on-call” duties—ensuring staff attend shifts and resolving any issues
Liaising with clients on staffing requirements and event details
Attending events to check in staff and handle welfare concerns
Ensuring timesheets are completed and processed accurately for payroll
Handling client and staff pay queries
Attending client meetings when required
