JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and drive the strategic growth of our organization. You will oversee all hotels’ operations, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service while maintaining operational efficiency. You will work closely with department heads to implement policies, drive profitability, and enhance the guest experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of supervising teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies that drive growth.
  • Solid knowledge of profit loss management principles.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of operational initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and how they integrate with overall operations is a plus.
  • Must have Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and/or IHG experience.
  • Must have regional management experience.
