Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include: Backoffice Area Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks. Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary. Administrative Area Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics. Customer Service Area Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact. 🔍What are we looking for Are you a detail-oriented, customer-centric individual who takes pride in ensuring guests have the best possible experience?
