Job Description Portico have begun the search for a Hospitality Operative (Catering Food Operative) to join our team based at a well know bank near Euston Station. The main purpose of the successful Hospitality Operative will be to provide a friendly and efficient hospitality service at the firm’s offices, assisting with the food preparation, presentation and service. The Hospitality Operative will also ensure that all self-service coffee machines and service areas are left clean and adequately stocked, replenishing when required. The successful candidate will also undertake all aspects in cleaning equipment, walls, fixtures and fittings, as well as any items used in the preparation or service of food and beverage on site. Hours: 40 hours per week, with shifts usually between 7:30am-4pm from Mon-Fri. However, flexibility is required to cover the hosting of events outside of these hours. Salary: £31,000 per annum Qualifications The successful Hospitality Host will have previous catering experience, preferably within a high-end corporate environment. They must be confident with all elements of food handling and the processes surrounding this, as well as possessing food allergen and food safety training accreditations. They will be hardworking, proactive, with a passion for customer service. They will also maintain a professional appearance and possess the ability to communicate clearly via all mediums. Responsibilities
