Your tasks

• A warm welcome and professional service for our national and international customers.
• Ensuring a first-class guest and service experience throughout the boutique area
• Coordination of customer flow on the sales floor and forwarding of customers to the responsible sales consultants.
• Assistance with scheduling appointments and processing incoming customer inquiries by phone.
• Close collaboration with the sales team and serving as a central interface between customers and the sales floor
• Actively contributing to a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere through an excellent service mindset.
• Catering to our customers and ensuring a well-maintained reception and lounge area.
• Support with administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day business
• Participation in the implementation of customer events and special boutique activities

Your skills

• Successfully completed training in the service, hotel, catering, retail or commercial sector
• Initial professional experience in a service-oriented position, ideally in the premium or luxury segment
• A strong hospitality mentality and a passion for excellent customer service
• Confident, professional and representative appearance
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in dealing with demanding customers
• A strong service orientation and a pronounced awareness of quality
• Structured and reliable work ethic, even in a dynamic environment
• Very good German and good English skills
