We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward full time positions. Position Details: This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 5:00PM. Some overtime may be required which may include occasional weekend support on an as needed basis. Business professional dress code and standards are required. Great working environment! Responsibilities This direct hire role is a Hospitality/Backup Reception Team Member- Full-Time and performs office services hospitality/reception in downtown Chicago. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 5:00PM Hospitality - setting up conference room meetings, cleaning up conference room meetings, stocking kitchens, supply ordering, supply tracking and customer service. Providing reception services for the site - including greeting guests, answering email and telephone. Booking conference rooms through outlook, arranging for on-site and off-site meetings Setting up and cleaning conference rooms Stocking kitchens with beverages, snacks and supplies Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies, restocking inventory Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Qualifications: Prior Law Firm experience a plus with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Lifting up to 55 pounds IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
