The Catering Department at Churchill College currently operates 7 days a week, catering for around 1000 covers per day via its Cafeteria & Events operation. Term time Catering sees us focus on providing a varied menu for our members and a full range of options for Conferencing and Events. The covers for events range from 3 to 452, Garden parties run to 650.
We are looking to recruit a Hospitality Service Manager to join our Catering team.
You will provide a management presence throughout the day and evening for College Members and its guests. This is a varied role, with tasks including liaising with others regarding event requirements and the provision of service to Fellows, administrative tasks and delivering induction training, whilst maintaining high standards of customer service to all members, guests and visitors to the College.
Previous catering experience in a similar role is essential.
The working pattern will be 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis, working 5 days out of 7.
