Job Description The Hospitality Services Manager is responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service designed to reinforce and enhance resident and family experience, satisfaction and loyalty. Availability: Full-Time including 1 weekend day What will I do every day? Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction and loyalty Proactively identify and address resident challenges and opportunities for improvement Oversee a smooth and customer service-focused front desk Motivate and lead a high-performance Customer Service team Execute the move-in and welcome, transfer, and move-out processes of residents effectively Manage the department budget Help coordinate resident focus group meetings Assists the resident in the selection and placement of furniture for his/her new home What will I need to be successful in this role? Excellent Customer Service and communication skills High school graduate or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred A minimum of 3 years of experience customer service or guest relations A minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience Experience in accounting and familiarity with accounting terms and principals preferred What’s in it for me?
