You will provide essential services to each home, working across cleaning, kitchen and laundry services. You will be enthusiastic, have good communication skills, enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and have the ability to; Deliver excellent food safety and catering services using safe food handling practices Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere across the facility Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing with respect and compassion Identify and act on health and environmental hazards to keep everyone safe Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork within a supportive environment What We’re Looking For A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn Experience of working in hospitality, cleaning or housekeeping roles.
