Maintain a spotless, organized dining room, service area, and restrooms Check in throughout the meal, respond quickly to requests, and turn any issue into a positive experience. Tackle opening and closing side work with pride, keeping everything stocked, ready, and beautiful for the next shift. What We’re Looking For: We’re on the hunt for hospitality rockstars who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment: Minimum 1 year in a guest-facing role, ideally in high-volume or fast-casual restaurant setting. Skilled at training, motivating, and inspiring FOH team members to deliver exceptional service. A natural at anticipating guest needs, handling requests, and turning every visit into a great experience. Comfortable managing the flow of service, coordinating with the kitchen, and keeping your area organized and efficient. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and service standards that keep guests happy and safe.
