Work Shift Various (United States of America) Position Summary: Performs patient food service activities from the point of receiving the patient diet order to the point of meal delivery to include tray line functions, diet office, and formula room tasks. Assists in quality monitoring to assure excellence in patient food service. Complies with AU Health Customer Service Standards with all customers and hospital staff. Utilizes the Meal Host Script when passing and retrieving patient trays. Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 1 year or more of experience in customer service or food and nutrition services. Excellent communication skills.
