Department Food & Nutrition -Patient Svcs Job Summary This leader has accountability and oversight, and supervises the daily activities of the department, shift or area. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior, while ensuring individual and team work tasks, projects, and responsibilities are completed successfully in support of departmental and organizational goals. Required Qualifications - Require an Associate degree; however, relevant experience in Hospitality Services (Hotel/Restaurant management, Environmental Service supervision) in a large healthcare setting can be substituted on a year-for-year basis for the required degree. - Require a minimum of five (5) years related Hospitality\Customer Service experience. Preferably in a large healthcare setting. Preferred Qualifications - Prefer the ability to balance multiple priorities in a demanding environment with responsibility for multi-skilled positions. - Prefer the capability to direct, control, and coordinate activities of assigned personnel.
