JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team at Elsham Golf Club. This is a flexible hours position, and due to our location, applicants must have their own transport.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous hospitality, bar, or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Provide high standards of customer service when welcoming and assisting members and guests
• Undertake bar duties, including preparing and serving drinks, cash handling, and maintaining stock levels.
• Assist with the preparation and delivery of functions and events, including set-up and close-down.
• Carry out general cleaning and housekeeping duties to ensure the clubhouse is presented to the highest standard.
• Work with colleagues to support the smooth and efficient running f the clubhouse.
