OVERVIEW
SATĀYA is representing a private members' club opening in Malta in autumn 2026. The club combines seasonal Mediterranean dining, a dedicated cocktail programme and cultural events in a space designed for members to meet, work and spend time. It is being developed by an established hospitality group with a strong record of delivering at quality.
If you are an EU national currently working in UK hospitality and thinking about moving back towards the Mediterranean, this is worth a look. Year-round sun, a shorter commute home, and a founding-team role in a serious new opening. The F&B Supervisor is the person holding the room together during service. You read pace before it becomes a problem, you know which table needs you and which needs to be left alone, and you can motivate a floor team through a difficult Saturday without raising your voice.
SCOPE OF ROLE
- 1) Service Operations Oversee daily service operations, supporting the F&B Manager in delivering a consistent member experience.
- Monitor pace, coverage and quality throughout service, intervening early where needed.
- Take ownership of the room in the F&B Manager's absence.
- 2) Team Leadership Manage and motivate the floor team, running briefings that are purposeful rather than routine. Support training and the embedding of service standards across a newly formed team.
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
- 3) Standards & Coordination Uphold presentation, sequencing and hygiene standards across every service.
- Liaise with kitchen and bar leadership to protect flow and resolve issues before they reach the member.

- European citizenship / EU passport — essential. Sponsorship is not available.
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter or senior server within fine dining, a members' club or a comparable quality-led environment.

- Warm, instinctively guest-oriented and attuned to the subtleties of exceptional service.
- Demonstrated leadership on the floor and the confidence to hold standards across a section.
- Composed under pressure, adapting without letting standards slip.
- Able to relocate to Malta independently, funding their own move and accommodation.
