SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is an advantage, but a positive attitude and leadership skills are highly valued
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on team support and growth
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, lead and support the team, and ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include managing service standards, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring smooth, efficient service across the venue. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead and motivate team members, fostering a positive and professional atmosphere
  • Ensure excellent service standards across all areas, delivering a seamless guest experience
  • Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing procedures to shift management
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and development to promote team growth and efficiency
  • Handle guest inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring swift resolution of issues
  • Monitor stock levels and support inventory management to optimize service delivery
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain service excellence during peak times
