SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is an advantage, but a positive attitude and leadership skills are highly valued
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy setting
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on team support and growth
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures

Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, lead and support the team, and ensure a memorable experience for every guest. Your responsibilities will include managing service standards, organizing staff schedules, and ensuring smooth, efficient service across the venue. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor stock levels and support inventory management to optimize service delivery
