Main responsibilities;
· managing café and restaurant
· supporting General Manager in everyday tasks
· helping support management in the smooth running of the café and hospitality
· team player
· daily health and safety
· daily food safety
· due diligence checks
· serving customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond and creating strong relationships with our customers
· assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are taken correctly and delivered with a smile
· ensure all stations are ready for service
· supporting the team in daily tasks
· clean, tidy and clear seating areas throughout the day, taking care of our working environment
