Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Co-Living Hotel Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of reception, guest check-ins and check-outs, enquiries, and complaints. You will ensure the highest levels of service and cleanliness while managing both short-term guests and long-term residents. This role requires a proactive individual with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various responsibilities efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a supervisory role in a similar setting.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with property management or hotel booking systems is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
  • Handle guest and resident enquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping across the property.
  • Monitor and maintain overall property presentation and upkeep.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address issues promptly.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to uphold property standards.
  • Assist with property inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness and maintenance requirements.
  • Support and train reception staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Act as the main point of contact for both short- and long-term residents.
  • Address and resolve resident and guest disputes or concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports regarding guest interactions and property issues.
  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed in accordance with company policies.
