Would you like to join a small, yet dedicated team committed to providing a tip top service to our customers? We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor/Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be able to proactively supervise the service of high quality food while operating within the agreed budget, under the direction of the Catering Management Team.
In this role, you will be in control of our front-line customer service team on a shift-by-shift basis ensuring the skillful, smooth and timely delivery of all our food services with support from your management team and senior chefs. You will have accountability for leading our customer focussed workforce to provide the hospitality services required across Monkton on a daily basis. You’ll need to monitor quality, ensuring staff under your direction perform well and gather feedback. You will also work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure all costs are accountable and with the senior management team on any marketing communication initiatives.
