Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact between the Hospitality team and internal/external stakeholders, managing and screening phone calls and emails professionally.
Coordinate and manage diaries, schedule meetings, and attend them as needed, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the Hospitality team, maintaining organized records and filing systems.
Collate, type, and distribute team communications and documentation, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Maintain and update databases and filing systems to support efficient team operations.
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including the creation of reports, presentations, and briefs.
Use design software to format and input content for menus, posters, and other visual materials created by the team.
Support project management activities by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely task completion.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives that align with the Group’s values and strategic objectives.
