Hospitality Team Leader | Blue Care | Yarrabee Aged Care Facility Employment Term: 12 months contract - Part time role, Monday & Tuesday 6:30am - 2:30pm (Cooking shifts) + Wednesday & Thursday 8am - 4pm (Admin/Rosters/Meetings) Applications Close: January 9th 2026 Must be available to commence Monday February 2nd Location: Yarrabee Aged Care Facility in Redland Bay Remuneration: $39.21 per hour + NFP Salary Packaging + Super We’re seeking an experienced Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at Yarrabee Aged Care Facility Blue Care in Redland Bay is currently seeking a enthusiastic and motivated, and creative Hospitality Manager, to join the senior management team. This key leader of operational excellence role is ideal for hospitality professionals with a strong background in leading teams across multiple outlets. Primary focus will be delivering an exceptional customer experience focus to ageing people, driving excellence in nutrition, dining and living environment. Responsible for co-ordinating and developing effective and efficient hospitality and care services teams to improve Nutrition and dining, food and beverage operations. Daily living development opportunities for Housekeeping and environmental strategies. To excel in this role, you’ll utilise your hospitality management experience to change the face of the aged care industry in our Better Blue care program for a Household model. Ability to develop and collaborate with other Blue Care Regional managers to implement exciting Corporate innovations strategies. What you’ll need: As an experienced hospitality professional - preferably within the health or hotel experience – you’ll be self-motivated, enthusiastic, with great leadership skills. You’ll empower your team to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst educating and emphasising the importance of food safety standards and quality in everything they do. You'll demonstrate: Experience managing of Food Safety programs and compliance. Experience within Aged Care - supervisory role Comprehension of laundry services, housekeeping, and food and beverage services. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities. Great attention to detail and ability to identify improvements Effective interpersonal and written communication skills.
