Bar 83 at Sydney Tower is Sydney’s highest bar, located 83 floors above ground. Offering a modern lounge bar experience in a modern/retro setting with uninterrupted views of the city, Bar 83 provides the perfect relaxed bar & lounge environment for locals and visitors alike.

THE ROLE

We are looking for experienced and reliable Hosts/Hostesses to join our front of house team at Bar 83 at Sydney Tower Dining. You will have current and recent experience working in a fine dining restaurant/bar and have a real passion for food innovation and delivering excellent customer experiences. This role will see you greeting guests, taking guests to their tables, addressing enquiries, taking payment etc.

TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Must have fine dining / a la carte experience
• Strong food and wine knowledge
• Fast place environment experience excellent customer service and communication skills
• Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
• Flexible and able to work across a 7 day rotating roster
• Current RSA
