We're seekinga Host to add to our team at recently re-opened Poulet Bleu. This is a FT position that involves managing and timing our reservations and walk-in guests, seating guests, and supporting the FOH where needed. Open Table experience is a plus. At Poulet Bleu, we pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable dining experience steeped in traditional French cuisine, coupled with a modern twist. Known for our delectable dishes and top-notch service, we aim to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Requirements: -Availability on nights and weekends -Ability to walk multiple flights of stairs -Proactive, positive attitude -Ability to work as part of a team -An enthusiasm for modern food and drink
