Buddy’s offers a fun working environment with competitive pay, meal benefits and growth opportunities. Essential Functions: * Greet and seat guests in a timely and efficient manner * Answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients * Ensure guests are satisfied and extend a friendly farewell inviting guests back * Assist guests when on a waiting list * Coordinate the flow of seating throughout the shift while maintaining the waiting list * Suggestively sells all menu items * Observes guests and responds to any additional needs * Demonstrating excitement and enthusiasm * Follows health and safety guidelines Qualifications: * Experience in the restaurant industry * High energy working to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and the team * Dependable team player with successful record of work attendance * Ability to listen and communicate effectively * Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time * Ability reach, lift, bend and carry heavy objects * Must adhere to Buddy’s uniform policy and standards at all times * Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights and weekends
