Operational Efficiency: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the guest reception area, manage dining menus, and ensure all front-of-house materials are up-to-date and well presented. Safety Compliance: Monitor and maintain compliance with all restaurant safety standards and sanitation regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff. Qualifications: Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a hospitality role, with a demonstrated ability to engage and satisfy guests. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting warmly and effectively with guests and team members.
