The 4* family-owned Westport Plaza & Castlecourt Hotel Resort are recruiting a permanent full-time Host Cashier to join our innovative and standards driven team at the Westport Hotel Group.
The job involves interacting with our customers, accepting and processing payments for food & beverage, and providing excellent customer service experience which exceeds customers’ expectations and help make the Castlecourt Hotel a great place to dine.

SKILLS:

Customer Service Bookings Payments Restaurant Host

• Courteously greet and escort guests to tables and assist in seating ensuring hotel standards of service
• Control the flow of the bookings and table allocation
• Allocate tables to ensure guests requests are met
• Accepting and processing payments
• Cash handling and safe custody of collecting cash
• Provide excellent customer service
• Other duties required by the Manager
