Big T’s BBQ has opened a new location in West Springs! We’re looking for an outgoing, friendly, responsible Counter Attendant supervisor to greet guests, take orders, and keep the front of house running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 20 years old
• Must hold valid ProServe certification
• Must have restaurant experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure
• Team-oriented and reliable with a positive attitude

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Take customer orders accurately and operate the POS system (TouchBistro)
• Serve food and beverages
• Process payments (cash, debit, credit) and handle transactions with care
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
• Stock beverage fridges, dessert displays, and condiment stations as needed
• Assist with takeout and third-party delivery orders
