Job Description As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can think on their feet, and works well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Greet and seat guests with professionalism and warmth. Manage reservations and guest flow to ensure smooth service. Communicate effectively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams. Assist with general front-of-house duties as required. Qualifications What We’re Looking For Experience and knowledge using SevenRooms desired but not essential if you have used similar reservation or guest management systems. Strong customer-facing service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in a busy environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ample experience in front-of-house roles with a good understanding of FOH operations is highly beneficial. Availability across a 7-day roster, including a mix of day and evening shifts.
