OVERVIEW

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure that every visitor feels welcomed and valued. A strong background in customer service and hospitality is essential for success in this position.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous host/host experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good phone etiquette.
• Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant environments is beneficial.
• Experience with POS systems (Aloha POS or Micros POS) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
