Maxwell’s Restaurant, our signature dining venue, offers guests locally inspired cuisine in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic Host to join our dynamic team and provide a welcoming first impression that reflects the high standards of the Crowne Plaza brand.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Host at Maxwell’s, you are the face of the restaurant and play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will greet and seat guests, assist with menu knowledge, monitor service satisfaction, and help maintain smooth dining operations.

Responsibilities
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival and thank them as they leave
  • Assist guests with menu choices, including providing information on daily specials
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address concerns promptly and professionally
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to ensure a tidy dining environment
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Assist with daily side duties and support service staff as needed
  • Uphold professional conduct and appearance at all times
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
  • Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations as per provincial and company standards
  • Consistently deliver attentive, courteous, and timely service to all guests
