Description Greet all guests promptly and warmly upon arrival Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists using the restaurant reservation system Coordinate seating to ensure balanced service flow and optimal table turns Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and management regarding guest needs and timing Answer guest questions regarding the menu, hours, and general restaurant information Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area Assist with guest recovery and special requests as needed Uphold Sirena and The Georgian service standards at all times Qualifications Previous host or front-of-house experience preferred, upscale or high-volume dining a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and remain composed during peak service periods Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Passion for hospitality and guest service Requirements Strong verbal communication and guest engagement skills Ability to maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using reservation systems and basic computer functions Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service standards Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support service staff and management Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed
